Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd in Manchester City Centre is representing a forward-thinking financial services organisation recruiting a Mortgage Advisor. This full-time hybrid role offers an OTE of £50,000 with a base salary of £28,000–£35,000, dependent on CeMAP qualification.

You will manage inbound leads, assess customer needs and recommend tailored lending solutions, while ensuring SMCR compliance and internal policies. Onsite 3 days per week with hybrid flexibility after probation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months in an advised sales role.
• CeMAP qualification (training packages available).
• Ability to work onsite in Manchester at least 3 days per week.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Full or part CeMAP qualification (training packages available)

• Availability to work onsite in Manchester at least 3 days per week
