Job description

Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser

Location: Walderslade

Qualifications: To be considered, you must hold a CeMAP qualification or equivalent.

• On target earnings of £40,000 to £60,000+ per year

• Basic salary: £22,000 - £28,000 (dependent on experience)

• Excellent communication skills across various channels (email, phone, face-to-face, video)
• Strong multitasking abilities
• Ability to maintain and develop client relationships

• Proactive in seeking new opportunities and meeting KPIs
• Comfortable engaging with audiences via video

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business
• Follow up on in-branch leads and maximize client value
• Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure a smooth process
• Provide exceptional customer service from start to finish

Working hours

• Full-time, office-based
• Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 18:00
• Alternate Saturdays, 09:00 - 17:00
• Day off in lieu for Saturday work

Additional requirements

Essential: CeMAP or equivalent qualification, mortgage and protection advising experience.
