Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Manager in Warrington to lead a busy cleaning team. You will oversee floors, washrooms, and common areas, while coordinating rotas, holidays and audits.

You will identify training needs, support investigations, and manage stock and orders within site budgets. The role requires prior supervisory cleaning experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work to deadlines with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK is required.
• Prior experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning or similar field.
• Experience in staffing, rotas, training and basic HR compliance.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to meet deadlines and be flexible with working hours and days.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms and related duties.
• Manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruit new employees when needed.
• Identify training needs on-site and conduct training with records kept.
• Handle investigations related to accidents or potential disciplinary matters.
• Monitor cleaning products, maintain stock levels and submit orders within budget.
