Job summary

Pertemps Worcester in Malvern is seeking a Refuse Loader for a full-time, ongoing role. You will collect commercial and domestic waste, load wagons and work in all weather conditions. The shift runs 06:00–14:00 with overtime opportunities and potential for permanent employment for the right candidate.

The role requires physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy bags; DBS check is required. Benefits include overtime at premium rates and a regular Friday early finish.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to manual handle.
• DBS check required.
• Experience as Refuse Loader is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Collecting commercial and domestic waste and loading it onto refuse wagons.
• Working in all weather conditions.
• Carrying out physically demanding duties, including lifting heavy bags.
• Being flexible and willing to work regular overtime when required.
