Job summary

Concept Resources is seeking a reliable Cleaner to provide temporary cleaning cover at a government office site in Launceston. The role is part-time with morning shifts, Monday to Friday, totaling 7.5 hours per week.

This is a temporary cover position with a start date to be confirmed. You will work independently to maintain a clean, safe and presentable environment in line with site procedures and health and safety rules, ensuring high standards of cleanliness throughout the offices and

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Valid Right to Work documentation must be provided at induction.
• Comfortable with lone working.
• Comfortable being a key holder and using an alarm panel where required.
• Reliable with good attention to detail.
• Able to work the full Monday-to-Friday shift pattern.
• Must use the site's telephone time and attendance clocking system.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of offices and communal areas
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
• Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste
• Wiping and sanitising surfaces
• Replenishing consumables as required
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Following site health and safety procedures
