Job summary

Concept Resources is seeking a reliable Part-Time Morning Cleaner for a Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) site in Launceston, Cornwall. The role covers 1.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, totaling 7.5 hours weekly, with start date ASAP.

The duties include general site cleaning, vacuuming, office and washroom cleaning, waste disposal, and maintaining high cleanliness standards. BPSS clearance and Right to Work are required, with reliable punctuality essential.

Qualifications

• BPSS clearance required.
• Valid Right to Work documentation.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Comfortable lone working.
• Able to be a key holder and operate an alarm panel where required.
• Reliable and punctual; able to commit to Monday to Friday, 8:00am–9:30am.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning throughout the site.
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Cleaning offices and communal areas.
• Cleaning toilets and washrooms.
• Wiping and sanitising surfaces and touchpoints.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste.
• Replenishing consumables where required.
