Job summary

Concept Resources is recruiting a part-time morning cleaner for a Department for Work and Pensions site in Penrith. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 10:00am, totaling 10 hours per week, with a £15.00 hourly pay rate on a temporary cover contract.

Start date is ASAP, and candidates must meet pre-employment screening requirements including BPSS clearance and valid right to work. The successful applicant will perform general cleaning across offices and communal areas, vacuum and mop

Qualifications

• BPSS clearance required
• Valid Right to Work documentation
• Previous cleaning experience preferred
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable with lone working
• Comfortable acting as a key holder and operating an alarm panel
• Able to commit to Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 10:00am

Responsibilities

• General cleaning throughout the site
• Cleaning offices and communal areas
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
• Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities
• Wiping and sanitising surfaces and touchpoints
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste
• Replenishing consumables where required
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the building
