Vita Group is seeking a Customer Service Assistant in Lewisham to deliver a luxury, home-from-home experience for residents. You will greet residents and guests, answer questions, and help maintain a clean, well-kept building environment with a focus on safety and premium service.

The role requires hands-on involvement in breakfast service and front-of-house operations, with proactive problem solving and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experienced customer service professional delivering premium experiences to residents & guests.
• Hands-on, proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety of communal areas.
• Kitchen environment awareness and ability to follow kitchen regulations.
• Technologically astute with relevant software systems used in operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests with a warm, vibrant attitude at Front of House.
• Be on hand to answer questions and assist residents and guests.
• Ensure facilities are looked after and maintained to a high standard.
• Conduct regular block walks to inspect and report on building areas.
