Responsibilities

• Front of House / Reception duties: greet residents and guests with a warm, vibrant attitude.
• Answer questions and provide information on local attractions.
• Ensure facilities are looked after respectfully by residents & guests.
• Maintain clean and high-standard communal areas.
• Deliver solutions to issues on site and conduct regular block walks.
• Manage and store parcels for easy resident access.
• Be primary point of contact for incidents or emergencies onsite.
