Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Manager to oversee cleaning across floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms. You will manage staff rotas, holidays, site audits and recruit new employees where required.

You will identify training needs, conduct training on-site and keep records, while ensuring HR compliance and delivering excellent customer service in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising cleaning teams and coordinating duties on-site.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of staff rotas, training, and basic HR compliance.
