Job summary

Luma Education Recruitment is seeking a Level 3 Breakfast Club Practitioner for a short morning shift in Wokingham. The role runs from 7:30am to 9:00am, Monday to Friday, offering 7.5 hours per week, with term-time and all-year contracts available.

You will greet children, serve breakfast, maintain sign-in records and safeguarding procedures, and hand over to school staff. Requires Level 3 Early Years qualification and experience with young children; punctuality is essential.

Qualifications

• A full Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• Experience working with young children
• Good knowledge of safeguarding
• Excellent punctuality – essential for 7:30am opening

Responsibilities

• Unlock and set up the club, greet children and parents from 7:30am
• Serve a healthy breakfast and run calm activities
• Keep sign-in records, registers and ratios accurate for Ofsted
• Take children to classrooms and hand them over to school staff
• Follow safeguarding and health and safety procedures at all times
