Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable attitude and passion for mornings.
• Great attention to detail to keep buffet/tables neat and appetising.
• Previous food service or hospitality experience is a plus, but eagerness to learn matters more.
• Strong organisational skills for setup, service and cleanup during a busy shift.
• Team oriented mindset; works well with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Flexible and reliable with early starts and changing guest needs.
• Maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and set a positive tone for the morning.
• Set up breakfast buffet and dining area for a fresh, inviting presentation.
• Prepare and replenish breakfast items; keep displays well-stocked.
• Clear tables efficiently and reset them for new guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across breakfast areas and service spaces.
• Assist with basic kitchen prep and ensure smooth service.
• Answer guest questions and share local recommendations.
