Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking hosts for our breakfast service in Doncaster. You will greet guests, set up and replenish the buffet, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area to start the day well.

With a friendly attitude and teamwork mindset, you will support kitchen and dining staff, handle basic food-prep tasks, and answer guest questions as needed during morning shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or hospitality is helpful but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn matters most.
• Strong organisational skills to manage set-up, service and break-down during a busy morning shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet early risers with a warm smile and create a positive start for guests entering the dining area.
• Set up the breakfast buffet and dining area for a fresh, inviting presentation.
• Prepare and replenish breakfast items, keeping everything well stocked and looking great.
• Clear tables efficiently and reset them promptly for a tidy, welcoming space.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all breakfast areas, from buffet to tables.
• Assist with kitchen prep and basic food handling tasks for the breakfast service.
• Be available to answer guest questions and offer local knowledge and recommendations.
• Demonstrate a friendly, approachable attitude and passion for making mornings special for guests.
• Pay great attention to detail to keep the breakfast area fresh, organised and appetising.
• Value teamwork and collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth service.
• Demonstrate flexibility and reliability with early morning shifts and changing guest needs.
