Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is hiring a Food & Beverage Assistant to ensure our guests enjoy an exceptional breakfast buffet experience. You’ll maintain buffet presentation, replenish items, and deliver attentive service in a fast-paced environment.

Experience is not essential, but a passion for guest experience, strong communication, and teamwork are required. Availability for early starts from 05:30am and flexible shifts, including weekends, is requested.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage is not essential, but a passion for guest experience is key.
• Strong communication and friendly, professional guest interaction.
• Ability to work in a team and support colleagues across the hotel.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean dining area.
• Availability for early starts (0530 onwards) and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests enjoy an exceptional breakfast buffet experience.
• Maintain buffet presentation and restock food & beverage items.
• Serve guests and provide attentive service throughout breakfast.
• Keep dining area clean, organized and compliant with hygiene standards.
• Support other Food & Beverage operations as needed.
