Enable is seeking a Team Facilitator to lead a Moray team of Personal Assistants, delivering safe, person-centred support. Based primarily in Elgin with travel across Moray, you will work with the Service Manager to oversee staffing, supervision and quality assurance.

Applicants should have SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, strong facilitation and communication skills, and experience with rostering or care management software. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Competenze

• Experience leading teams and delivering high-quality support.
• Experience with adults and children with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism and physical needs.
• Strong facilitation skills to guide staff teams to take ownership of quality.
• Excellent communication with people supported, staff, families and care professionals.
• Ability to design services, plans and risk assessments while budgeting.
