Job summary
Enable Scotland is seeking a hands-on Team Facilitator in the Highlands Community PA Service. You will lead a team of Personal Assistants under the Transformation Manager, ensuring safe, person-centred support across Lochaber and Kinlochleven.
A full UK driving licence and vehicle are required. You will manage rosters, support planning, governance, and staff development, while participating in on-call duties and providing direct support as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience leading teams to deliver person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Ability to supervise, supervise inductions and performance reviews, and support staff wellbeing.
- Understanding of safeguarding, risk assessments and quality assurance processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and support a team of Personal Assistants.
- Conduct regular supervisions, observations and performance reviews.
- Assist with induction of new staff and staff wellbeing.
- Promote effective communication and teamwork.
- Provide direct support and shift cover when required.
- Carry out quality assurance checks and respond to safeguarding concerns.
