Enable is seeking a Team Facilitator to lead a Moray team of Personal Assistants, ensuring safe, person‑centred support. The role involves supervision, inductions, rostering and on‑call duties across Moray.

Based in Elgin, the post requires a full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel as required, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, communication and continuous service improvement.

Competenze

• Experience leading a frontline team delivering person-centred support.
• Experience in supervision, appraisals and staff development.
• Knowledge of Care Inspectorate standards and regulatory requirements.

Mansioni

• Lead, motivate and support a team of Personal Assistants, with regular supervisions and performance reviews.
• Support with induction, rostering, attendance and staff wellbeing to ensure safe service delivery.
• Carry out quality checks, participate in assessments and risk planning.
• Build partnerships with families, health professionals and external agencies.
• Participate in on‑call rota and travel across Moray to cover services.
