DWI Consulting is seeking an experienced IT Service Manager for an enterprise technology environment in the UK. You will oversee IT service delivery, gauge operational performance and maintain proactive stakeholder communication.

The role is based onsite in Glasgow / Kirkintilloch, Monday–Friday, with an indicative gross salary of £3,450 per month (subject to confirmation). You will coordinate incident and problem resolution, supervise service staff and deliver regular risk and performance

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of team or project management experience in technology.
• Technology-related university degree or equivalent background.
• Fluent English and advanced Spanish; strong stakeholder management.
