Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a proactive Cleaning Monitor / Auditor for Homerton Hospital, London. You will conduct daily audits, ensure cleanliness standards, and report findings to drive continuous improvement across Environmental and Hotel Services.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with hospital teams.

• Assist with the production of performance reports and dashboards.
• Support the investigation and resolution of quality concerns.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety and infection prevention.

In this important role, you'll carry out quality audits and monitoring checks, provide accurate reporting on cleaning standards, and work closely with operational teams to ensure continuous improvement across Environmental and Hotel Services.
