TikTok is seeking a Technical Product Specialist to own end-to-end technical product support for advertisers and internal teams. You will troubleshoot complex issues from tickets and translate advertiser needs into product improvements, acting as a bridge between client-facing groups and product/engineering.

You will help roll out new advertising products, enable vendors and internal teams, and contribute to knowledge management and quality audits across global hubs.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, product operations, or customer success.
• Ability to troubleshoot product and technical issues via tickets.
• Strong communication skills when interacting with internal stakeholders and advertisers.
• Basic data awareness and attention to detail for quality audits and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and align on action items.
