Job summary

Metronome is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge sales, product, and post-sales for a modern monetization stack. You will craft compelling value narratives and run customized demos for buyers including engineering, product, operations, and finance stakeholders.

You will travel to meet prospects, own knowledge areas, and drive successful Proofs of Concept to help win deals with enterprise SaaS customers.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in technical and/or customer-facing roles involving SaaS products.
• Relentless passion for being a hand-raiser. Big challenges are exciting, small tasks are an opportunity for a win.
• Growth mindset is critical to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving startup.
• Exceptional communication skills with technical, GTM, and finance stakeholders.
• Excitement for building and improving GTM playbooks and processes.

Responsibilities

• Tell a clear value story about how Metronome solves challenges and creates opportunities in a modern monetization stack.
• Assist in planning, building, and running customized demos for buyers with multiple personas.
• Own knowledge areas, projects, and market segments within Solutions Engineering.
• Run Proofs of Concept with clear success criteria to reach the technical win.
