We are looking for a Part-Time experienced Supervisor to join our team at WatchHouse St. Mary Axe.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working in high-volume cafes, restaurants, or fast service environments, with a passion for leading excellent shifts and delivering the best customer service.
In short: Front of House Supervisors are natural leaders with a passion for delivering best-in-class experiences to every guest who walks through our doors. This role is vital to the smooth and efficient running of our Houses. You will oversee floor and counter service in bustling locations, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Often the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll embody WatchHouse’s welcoming, knowledgeable, and detail-focused ethos.
Directly reports into: House Manager.
