Auto Skills UK is seeking a skilled Panel Beater / Panel Technician in Preston to repair accident-damaged vehicles to high standards. You will join an experienced Bodyshop team and work a consistent Monday to Friday pattern.

Ideal candidates have a recognised body repair qualification and proven experience in a professional bodyshop. The role offers a competitive salary and company benefits within a permanent, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Experience as Panel Beater/Panel Technician in a professional Bodyshop or accident repair environment.
• A recognised apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (NVQ/IMI/SVQ/ATA).
• Strong knowledge of modern vehicle body construction and repair techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assess damaged vehicle panels and determine repair methods.
• Carry out structural and non-structural body repairs to accident-damaged vehicles.
• Repair, replace, align and fit vehicle body panels and components.
• Use specialist body repair tools safely and effectively.
• Work to manufacturer repair methods and industry standards.
