HP4 Recruitment Ltd is looking for an experienced Panel Technician / Panel Beater to join a busy automotive bodyshop in Slough. You will work on a range of vehicles, carrying out high-quality crash repairs and restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition.

The role offers an uncapped bonus potential, 23 days holiday plus holidays, pension and health plans, and ongoing training as part of a growing business investing in EV capabilities and modern facilities.

Qualifications

• Experienced Panel Technician, Panel Beater or Bodyshop Technician.
• Background in accident repair, crash repair and vehicle body repair.
• ATA / NVQ in Vehicle Body Repair desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out panel repairs and replacements on a variety of vehicles.
• Complete automotive body repairs including crash repair and vehicle restoration.
• Repair or replace full panels and quarter panels.
• Undertake welding, jig work, and structural repairs.
• Complete jobs from strip down through to final repair stages.
• Ensure all bodyshop repairs meet manufacturer standards.
• Maintain accurate job records and support workshop productivity.

About the Role

Our client, a leading business within the automotive accident repair and bodyshop sector, is looking for an experienced Panel Technician / Panel Beater to join their busy workshop.

This role suits a skilled bodyshop technician with a background in vehicle repair, accident damage, and automotive body restoration. Youll be working on a range of vehicles carrying out high-quality crash repairs and ensuring vehicles are returned to pre-accident condition.

With a consistent flow of work and an uncapped bonus structure, this is an excellent opportunity for a panel beater or panel technician to maximise earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out panel repairs and panel replacements on a variety of vehicles

About You
