Qualifications

• Must hold recognised site supervision qualifications (SSSTS/CSCS).
• Experience supervising installation and lifting operations on modular sites.
• Prior contractor supervision and health & safety compliance knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery, installation and removal of modular buildings on customer sites.
• Oversee lifting operations, ensuring safety and compliance with plans.
• Coordinate installation teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with customers and internal teams.
• Main point of contact on site, provide progress updates and resolve issues.
• Ensure activities comply with health & safety legislation and company procedures.
• Monitor quality of work and site documentation, including handovers.
