Job summary

Prism Solutions, part of the Focus Group family, is seeking a customer-focused Modern Workplace Field Engineer to support customers across the Midlands, South East and surrounding regions.

You will deliver Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure and endpoint management projects, working directly with clients to implement secure, scalable technology solutions and ensure excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering and deploying Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Experience delivering Azure infrastructure, hybrid cloud environments or AVD/RDS solutions.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, Wi‑Fi, firewalls.
• Experience delivering technical projects directly with customers.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, migrate and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Entra ID.
• Configure and manage modern endpoint environments using Intune, Autopilot, compliance policies and app deployment.
• Deliver Azure and hybrid infrastructure projects including AVD, RDS, VMs, backup and networking.
• Plan site deployments, office relocations, network upgrades and cloud migration activities.
• Produce technical documentation, implementation plans, testing records and handover materials.
