Job summary

Modis is seeking a Systems Performance Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team developing advanced defence technologies. The role focuses on assessing and predicting system performance through mathematical modelling, simulation and analysis across the product lifecycle.

You will work with aerodynamics, propulsion, guidance, navigation and control experts to develop complex products for air, land and maritime environments, producing technical reports and presenting findings to diverse

Salary: Up to £52,500 + Excellent Benefits

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Systems Performance Engineer to join a multidisciplinary engineering team working on the development of advanced defence technologies.

This role focuses on assessing and predicting system performance through mathematical modelling, simulation and technical analysis. You'll play a key role in helping engineering teams understand how design decisions influence overall system behaviour and performance throughout the product lifecycle.

Working alongside specialists across aerodynamics, propulsion, guidance, navigation, control, sensors and systems engineering, you'll contribute to the development of highly complex products operating across air, land and maritime environments.

Key Responsibilities
