Job summary

Cadillac Formula 1 Team at our Silverstone facility is seeking a hands-on manufacturing specialist to support wind tunnel model parts, assemblies, and testing for aerodynamic development.

You will work across the Model Shop and Wind Tunnel environments, collaborate with engineers, maintain safety standards, and travel as needed to support testing operations.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture wind tunnel model parts and assemblies to the highest standards while meeting demanding project deadlines
• Support the Model Shop team in managing workloads and achieving departmental targets
• Build and maintain complex mechanical assemblies for wind tunnel models
• Identify technical issues and assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities
• Collaborate with Model Design Engineers to improve the efficiency, functionality, and quality of model changes and components
• Support and maintain Health & Safety standards within the working environment
• Travel regularly as required to support team activities and testing operations
