Do you have experience in managing BIM & Revit elements of multi-disciplinary projects? Then you might be our new colleague! Joining our Building Services team, you will be providing MEP Model Management services to our colleagues in London. To succeed in this role, you must have a thorough understanding and experience in delivering MEP BIM projects to data industry standards (i.e., IFC, BSRIA, COBie, Uniclass, etc.).

Your new role

As our new MEP Model Manager, you will be part of our Building Services department. You’ll be working with colleagues from around the world on various projects both nationally and internationally. We combine local insights with our global expertise to deliver top-tier solutions to our clients. We also act as trusted advisors throughout all project stages, from strategy and planning to detailed design and execution.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Mentor Digital Engineers to ensure they have the skills aligned with Ramboll standards.
• Collaborate with the project manager to support successful project delivery, ensuring compliance with Ramboll and industry standards.
• Assist bidding teams with MEP BIM-related queries.
• Set up project files on ACC and prepare models for the design team.
• Organize BIM digital delivery kick-off meetings and complete standard project documentation.
• Coordinate with external parties on BIM & Model issues, chair meetings and workshops to resolve them.
• Serve as the point of contact for internal design teams regarding BIM / Revit queries.
• Perform ongoing model coordination and quality checks.
• Assess adherence to standards of all Ramboll deliverables.
• Conduct project reviews and provide feedback to promote continuous learning.
