Job summary

GE Healthcare is seeking a Modality Manager MI (Molecular Imaging) to define and execute the modality strategy for the zone within the International Region. The role oversees PET-CT, Nuclear Medicine and Radiopharmacy, driving sales performance, pricing strategy and profitability while coordinating with the International Molecular Imaging Team.

The role manages a team of Modality Sales specialists, partnering with Field and Marketing to grow market share, orders and revenue, while ensuring

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a sales/marketing role in Medtech, with Nuclear Medicine and/or Molecular Imaging exposure.
• Marketing experience is valued.
• Technical knowledge of MRI is required.
• Clinical knowledge is a plus.
• Strategic thinker with strong selling/negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Coaching and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Sales strategy to meet quarterly and annual targets for orders, revenues and margin.
• Coordinate at LCT level to ensure aligned forecast and business execution for the modality.
• Define the local modality portfolio strategy within the International framework, including pricing, positioning and configuration management.
• Communicate with sales, service and marketing to maximize sales potential and relay leads to colleagues.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with hospitals, radiology practices and imaging centres.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, quality processes, and EHS regulations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to orchestrate deals and long-term plans.
• Coordinate tender responses and validations in collaboration with Imaging Radiology Account Managers.
