The role requires NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent kitchen experience, basic IT skills, and experience in menu production with bulk cooking. You will work with front‑of‑house, uphold food safety standards, and participate in high-profile events.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and service of meals in a fast-paced kitchen.

• Cook and serve meals to military personnel, maintaining high standards daily.
• Oversee kitchen sanitation and best practices.
• Participate in high-profile events and functions showcasing culinary expertise.
• Engage in bulk cooking to ensure consistency and quality.
