You’ll work 37.5 hours per week with Friday 12:15pm-7:30pm, Saturday 6:30am-7:30pm, Sunday 6:30am-7:30pm, and Monday 12:15pm-7:30pm, earning £15.52 per hour. The role emphasizes quality service, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering or hospitality settings.
• City & Guilds 706/1 & 2, NVQ Level 2/3 qualifications.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and health regulations.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, team environment.
• Passion for cooking and delivering top-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and service of meals in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene per EHO guidelines.
• Collaborate with front-of-house to deliver outstanding service.
• Cook and serve meals to military personnel with consistent quality.
• Oversee kitchen sanitation and best practices.
• Participate in high-profile events and bulk cooking with consistency.
