Job summary

Savaria Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for Guiseley, Leeds to support customers relying on mobility products and to manage installation appointments and service requests. The role emphasizes helping customers stay independent with excellent service.

Training is provided; the base salary is £26,106 with overtime opportunities. Typical hours around 9:45am to 6:00pm, with occasional Saturday work and extra weekend overtime for higher earnings.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Good organisation and time management; works well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls, make outbound calls and respond to emails.
• Assist customers with installation appointments, service requests and maintenance queries.
• Provide reassurance and support when mobility equipment has issues.
• Liaise with installers, engineers and colleagues to resolve concerns.
• Confirm installation dates and guide customers through the process.
• Complete order entry and related administration.
• Represent the business professionally in all interactions.
