Job summary

UK & Ireland 2028 Limited, based at Wembley Stadium in London, seeks a Supplier Contract Manager (Mobility) on a fixed-term contract from April 2027 to Summer 2028. You will own the mobility contract lifecycle, coordinating with procurement and finance to plan sourcing, manage budgets and ensure value for money while compliance with organisational policies.

The role requires strong contract management and supplier relationship skills, with the ability to operate across the UK & Ireland.

Qualifications

• Experience managing contracts and suppliers through full lifecycle.
• Collaborates with Procurement and Finance for compliant sourcing and budgeting.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder and supplier relationship skills.
• Maintains robust contract controls and audit trails.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end mobility contract lifecycle from requirements to close-out.
• Work with Procurement to plan procurement, scopes, documentation and awards.
• Partner with Finance to monitor budgets, commitments, POs, invoices and forecasts.
• Maintain mobility contract register with values, dates, deliverables and milestones.
• Foster constructive supplier relationships and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Monitor performance against SLAs, take corrective actions when needed.
