UK & Ireland 2028 Limited is seeking a commercially focused Contracts Manager to oversee mobility contract activity for UEFA EURO 2028. You will manage end-to-end lifecycle, procurement planning, budgets, and supplier relationships to deliver value for money.

Based at Wembley with UK-wide travel, the role requires collaboration with Finance and Procurement and adherence to organisational policies; you will drive performance, control costs and ensure contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing contracts and suppliers through the full lifecycle, including procurement, mobilisation, performance management, change control and close-out.
• Experience working with Procurement and Finance to support compliant sourcing, contracting, budget management, financial reporting and approvals.
• Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to interpret contract terms, monitor supplier obligations, assess value for money and identify financial or contractual risk.
• Demonstrable experience monitoring budgets, commitments, forecasts, invoices and actual expenditure with high numerical accuracy.
• Excellent stakeholder and supplier relationship management skills, with the confidence to challenge, resolve issues and influence outcomes.
• Strong document control and record-keeping skills with a clear audit trail of approvals and governance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle for mobility suppliers, from requirements definition through procurement planning, award, mobilisation, delivery, change control, renewal and close-out.
• Prepare sourcing strategies, scopes of work, evaluation criteria, tender documentation, governance submissions and contract award recommendations.
• Establish contract budgets, monitor commitments, purchase orders, invoices, forecasts and actual expenditure, ensuring financial reporting and controls.
• Maintain a complete mobility contract register with values, dates, commitments and approvals.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships and act as the primary point of coordination for commercial matters.
• Monitor performance against contractual deliverables, service levels, milestones and budgets, coordinating reviews and corrective actions.
