Responsibilities:

• Repair damaged glass on various vehicles including classic cars, vans, luxury cars, 4x4s, and supercars.
• Collaborate with regional team members.
• Identify opportunities to improve our service and provide feedback.
• Maintain and develop industry-leading knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

• Automotive or mechanical experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and pride in your work.
• Willingness to build a career and support team members.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• No call outs required.
• Availability to work 1 in 4 Saturdays.
• Full training for NVQ qualifications.
