What you’ll be doing as the Process Technician:
  1. Carrying out scheduled maintenance on plant and equipment following company standards to improve resilience.
  2. Operating and cleaning plant and equipment to meet operational and safety standards.
  3. Responding to reactive jobs following equipment failure.
  4. Keeping sites clean, undertaking safety and security checks.
  5. Adhering to all health and safety guidelines and procedures.

Base Location: Oxford STW - OX4 4YU

Working Pattern: 38 Hours, Monday-Friday, 7:30 am – 3:36 pm, with standby and overtime opportunities for additional pay.

We are looking for you to:
  • Be self-motivated, disciplined, eager to learn, and proactive with a can-do attitude. The role can be demanding but rewarding.
  • Take ownership of faults, understand problems thoroughly, and resolve them efficiently.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work effectively as part of a team.
  • Be proactive in suggesting improvements and communicating effectively.
  • Be willing to undergo safety training.
  • Have knowledge of health and safety standards.
  • Hold a full UK driver’s license.
