We are seeking mobile technicians to join our Reading branch, carrying out repairs and replacements.

Responsibilities:

1. Repair damaged glass on all types of vehicles, including classic cars, commercial vans, restoration projects, luxury cars, 4x4s, and supercars.
2. Collaborate and share knowledge with regional team members.
3. Identify opportunities to improve our service and provide feedback to the business.
4. Maintain and develop industry-leading knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

1. Automotive or mechanical experience is advantageous but not essential.
2. Excellent customer service skills.
3. A positive attitude and pride in your work.
4. Desire to build a career and support your team members.
5. A full valid UK driving license.
6. No call-outs required.
7. Availability to work 1 in 4 Saturdays.
8. Full training for NVQ qualifications provided.
