Job summary

Selecta is seeking a Mobile Merchandiser to visit client sites daily, stocking and cleaning vending and coffee machines, and providing friendly on-site service. You will ensure machines are hygienic, stocked, and operational, maximising sales across the base.

You will work across multiple locations in the UK, travelling between sites, following health and safety standards, reporting faults, and receiving training to support your development and career progression. A van is provided.

Responsibilities

To ensure that all vending machines are filled and cleaned to the required levels as per Company guidelines at any given time.
To complete all the relevant stock and cash controls across the machine base and on the company vans.
To fix occasional faults on machines and report all machine faults to the Service Desk.
To report all accidents, unfit foods and customer complaints on the same day to the Area Manager or Service Desk.
To ensure a high level of customer care is maintained in a courteous manner.
To complete regular audits and quality checks on machines and share follow up actions with the Retail Manager.
To report machines below hygiene standards to the Area Manager.
Carry on necessary service on Customer sites.
Be able to complete audits and quality checks.
Always follow Health & Safety regulations.
Be flexible and responsive to changes.
High level of customer care and presentable appearance.
