Job summary

Octane Recruitment Ltd in High Wycombe seeks a Mobile Vehicle Technician to service, maintain and repair vehicles at customer locations, including EVs. You will work 40 hours across five days, with one in four Saturdays, and handle card payments on site.

Candidates should have a Level 2/3 in light vehicle maintenance, at least 2 years of post-qualification experience, and a full UK driving licence with up to 6 points.

Qualifications

Must have Level 2 or ideally Level 3 light vehicle maintenance and repair qualification (City & Guilds, IMI, NVQ, or equivalent).
Minimum 2 years post-qualification hands-on experience with vehicles, workshop or mobile role.
Full UK driving licence - max 6 points, no bans.

Responsibilities

Servicing and repairing vehicles (including EVs) at customer locations such as driveways or office car parks.
Perform routine maintenance like oil changes, tire rotations and brake inspections.
Diagnose and repair vehicle problems using diagnostic tools and software; communicate findings to customers.
