Job summary

Pybus Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Mobile Service Technician to join a growing automotive business covering the Dundee area. This role offers a customer-facing position with variety, independence, ongoing training, and clear career progression.

You will service, inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles at customer locations, delivering high levels of service while adhering to manufacturer and industry standards. A Level 3 qualification is required and a full UK licence.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
• Experience as Vehicle Technician or Service Technician.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, repairs, and vehicle inspections.
• Diagnose faults and provide technical advice and solutions.
• Complete work following manufacturer and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
• Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
