Job summary

Perfect Placement is pleased to present an exciting Mobile Vehicle Technician opportunity across the North West, including Manchester, Liverpool and Preston. You will travel daily to client sites to inspect, repair and service vehicles, delivering high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and NVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent), with experience on Ford vehicles preferred. Flexible shifts and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Full valid driving licence.
• NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in automotive.
• Experience as an automotive technician, preferably Ford.
• Strong diagnostics and mechanical repair skills.
• Willing to travel across multiple locations and shifts.

The Mobile Vehicle Technician will play a vital role in delivering high‑quality vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining safety standards.

Duties:

• Travelling daily to various locations to conduct vehicle repairs and servicing
• Diagnosing mechanical issues and providing expert technical advice to customers
• Carrying out a full range of mechanical repairs and maintenance tasks
• Ensuring high standards of customer service and technical support
• Maintaining accurate repair records
• Performing vehicle safety checks and meeting compliance standards

Requirements:

• Full valid driving licence
• Relevant automotive qualifications such as NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent
• Previous experience as an automotive technician, ideally with Ford vehicles
• Proficiency in mechanical diagnostics and repairs
• Ability to work flexibly across different locations and shift patterns
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent service quality and technical standards
