Job summary

The Recruitment Solution is seeking Mobile Service Technicians for a main dealer group in the UK. The role is mobile, night shift, home-based with visiting premises to perform inspection, servicing, repairs and testing to dealer and manufacturer standards.

You will receive a competitive salary of £45k–£50k per year, a fully equipped van, and a broad benefits package including 33 days holiday and pension. NVQ Level 2/3 and a valid licence are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds or equivalent required.
• Service technician experience, preferably in a main dealer.
• Willing to work night shifts.
• Full valid driving licence is essential.
• MOT qualification desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspection, servicing, repairs and testing of vehicles to dealer and manufacturer standards.
• Work in a mobile role, visiting customer premises from home base.
• Maintain high standards with attention to detail.

You will be working at local business premises and be responsible for carrying out inspection and service routines, repairs, and testing of vehicles in a professional and safe manner, in accordance with dealer and manufacturer standards.

So, what do we look for from you as a Mobile Service Technician?

• An NVQ level 2 or 3, City & Guilds or equivalent,
• Service Technician experience and ideally, you'll also have some main dealership experience
• Able to work Night Shifts
• An MOT testing qualification is desirable, but this isn't essential.
• A full valid driving licence as a minimum
