Job summary

Perfect Placement is seeking a Mobile Vehicle Technician in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. You will carry out repairs, diagnostics, and servicing on a range of vehicles, traveling to client sites within Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mechanical repairs, diagnostics, and servicing on a variety of vehicles.
• Provide accurate technical advice and maintain high standards of customer care.
• Travel to customer locations within Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas.
• Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and warranty standards.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs and parts used.
• Support ongoing professional development, including electric vehicle systems.

Duties of a Mobile Vehicle Technician:

• Conduct comprehensive mechanical repairs, diagnostics, and servicing on a variety of vehicles
• Provide accurate technical advice and maintain high standards of customer care
• Travel to customer locations within Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas
• Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and warranty standards
• Maintain detailed records of repairs and parts used

• Carry out vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and safety
• Maintain a professional and efficient mobile workshop environment

Requirements of a Mobile Vehicle Technician:

• Full UK driving licence
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Automotive Technology, City & Guilds, or equivalent
• Relevant experience working on vehicles, preferably Ford models
• Ability to perform a full range of repairs and diagnostics
• Own tools and equipment suitable for vehicle repair work
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail
• Motivation to develop expertise in electric vehicle technology
• Flexible and willing to travel daily to different client locations
