Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd represents a market-leading automotive breakdown, recovery, and repair business seeking a Mobile Vehicle Technician to cover Cambridge and the surrounding region.

You will attend customer locations for servicing and maintenance, perform basic vehicle servicing, brake inspections, and diagnostics, maintain records, and work within health and safety guidelines. The role includes overtime, progression opportunities, a company vehicle, and 5-day/45-hour weeks.

Qualifications

• Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or IMI Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent; relevant practical experience will also be considered.
• Proven experience within the motor trade as a vehicle technician.
• Full UK driving licence with minimal points.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer locations (B2B and B2C) for scheduled servicing and maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle service, brake inspections, and diagnostic work.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through friendly and professional service.
• Maintain vehicle diagnosis and repair records accurately.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company operating procedures.
• Use company-provided tools and equipment to deliver quality service at customer sites.

We are representing a market-leading automotive breakdown, recovery, and repair business, currently seeking to appoint a Mobile Vehicle Technician to cover Cambridge and the surrounding region.
