Job summary

The AA is hiring Mobile Mechanics across the UK, offering a 40-hour week on a 5-day rota from Monday to Saturday. Expect inspections, diagnostics, servicing and on-the-spot repairs at customers’ homes or workplaces, with a fully equipped van, industry-leading tools and a generous benefits package.

Earn £38,307–£40,270 in guaranteed first-year earnings with incentives and overtime potential, plus holiday, pension and support benefits. Training and clear career progression are provided.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
• Full UK Category B driving licence (max 6 points).
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Communicator: clearly explain diagnostics and repairs to customers so they feel informed.
