Job summary

Cellnex Telecom is seeking a seasoned technical leader to shape and deliver the UK solution roadmap. You will serve as the trusted technical authority across the lifecycle, translating customer needs into innovative, commercially viable products in collaboration with Sales and Product teams.

Based in Reading with a hybrid scheme, you will engage with MNOs and suppliers, lead major bids, and influence product development while promoting value-driven, scalable telecom solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive telecoms technical experience.
• Experience with MNOs and external suppliers preferred.
• Able to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the technical roadmap across the UK market.
• Act as the technical authority throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Collaborate with design, sales and product teams to create solutions.
• Identify and engage with suppliers, supporting RFQ/onboarding and BAU duties.
• Lead pre-sales high-value opportunities and maintain UK relationships.
