Job summary

Cornerstone is the UK’s leading mobile and digital infrastructure provider, managing 15,700+ sites. We are seeking a Mobile Telecoms Solution Architect to translate operator requirements into technically credible, commercially viable tower, rooftop and connectivity solutions.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, property, construction, operations and commercial teams to shape opportunities, respond to tenders and deliver compliant, safe designs for 4G/5G deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience in mobile telecommunications infrastructure and tower companies.
• Ability to interpret operator requirements and radio-planning data.
• Commercial awareness and ability to convert scope into costed proposals.

Responsibilities

• Engage with mobile network operators to understand coverage, capacity and site requirements.
• Lead technical discoveries for new-build, co-location, upgrade opportunities.
• Translate operator requirements into tower, rooftop, monopole and small-cell solutions.
• Develop technically compliant solutions using existing and new sites.
• Assess site feasibility, loading, access, power and landlord constraints.
• Prepare technical responses to tenders and RFPs.
• Explain advantages of proposed infrastructure to operator stakeholders.
• Work with commercial teams on pricing models and business cases.
• Ensure safety, planning, regulatory and telecom standards compliance.
