Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Mobile Supervisor (Mechanical or Electrical) to oversee multiple sites in the South-West region, including Bristol and Cardiff. You’ll lead a team of technicians, manage PPM tasks, and ensure high standards of service delivery.

The role requires strong fault-finding skills and relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications, with a 40-hour week and potential overtime. Salary up to £50,000 with flexible benefits and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of commercial and domestic systems.
• Ability to carry out PPMs to SFG20 or equivalent standards.
• Advanced fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications (City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Experience supervising reactive repairs and managing small projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of technicians, ensuring top-notch service delivery across all operations.
• Manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), ensuring timely completion in line with SLA targets.
• Maintain a manageable backlog of PPM tasks and ensure all reactive work is completed promptly.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to address any concerns.
• Attend client calls and meetings as needed, ensuring all follow-up actions are executed swiftly.
• Conduct performance reviews, set clear team objectives, and support individual development.
• Carry out risk assessments, site log book maintenance, and safety audits in compliance with regulations.
