Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Mobile Supervisor (Mechanical or Electrical) to oversee multiple South-West sites, ensuring smooth operation and leading a technicians team. Location options include Bristol and Cardiff with standard 40-hour weeks.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, fault-finding skills, and experience with PPM programs to SLA targets. Competitive package available with benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of commercial and domestic systems.
• PPM tasks managed to standards (SFG20 or equivalent).
• Advanced fault-finding and diagnostics.
• Experience supervising reactive repairs and small projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians delivering top service across sites.
• Manage Planned Preventative Maintenance per SLA targets.
• Keep backlog of PPM tasks under control and ensure reactive work is completed.
• Communicate with clients, contractors and internal teams on issues.
• Attend client calls/meetings and follow up actions promptly.
• Conduct performance reviews and support development.
• Carry out risk assessments, site log books and safety audits.
